Physical books are printed on demand and shipped by BookVault Publishing.
Printed items like coffee mugs and clothing are printed on demand and shipped by TeeMill.
Physical media like DVDs and VHS tapes are shipped personally by Joey S. Hutton from the UK.
Some postcards are printed and shipped by TeeMill, others are printed and shipped by Joey S. Hutton from the UK.
All items shipped by Joey S. Hutton aim for worldwide international shipping, but cant guarantee every country is available. The of the inventory applies to the shipping polices of BookVault and TeeMill.
The first thing we sent with this website was a Sally Walks t-shirt to a lady in Quebec! They sent a pic and were very pleased with it!
Return & Exchange Policy
Most international items should take between 2 to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on location. If we are made aware that it may take longer, we will contact you directly beforehand to let you know. If any item you've ordered still hasn't arrived after the designated time, you are entitled to a refund. All you need to do is contact us, tell us the case and provide proof.
If you immediately wish to cancel an order, you may be refunded. The time period is 2 hours after purchase to be elligable for refunds on digital files like e-books. For physical shipped items the time limit is two days after purhcase.
